INITIAL MEET & GREET CLIENT CONSULTATION

The next step having chosen your service required and the dates you would like them to take place, is for us to arrange a mutually conveinient time for us to meet you and your pets, so that we can fully appreciate and understand yours and your pets requirements, and how we can best provide our services.

FULFILING YOUR BOOKING

We accept bookings at anytime, however we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible, especially when you are arranging our longer running services. For example: holidays where you require our daily dog walking and sitting services.

Where you cannot help but make a late booking, due to unforseen circumstances or an emergency, we will always endevour to accomodate you as best we can. Please just ask.

We ask that on your Initial Meet & Greet Consultation, you pay us 50% of your required service, and leave the remainder of the payment due, if any, at your home ready for when we fulfil our service.We will also require your keys and/or codes where applicable.

We accept both Cash and Cheques as methods of payment. Cheques can be made payable to; Pet Livin Ltd.
